If you are using Truvista's Cable Service (meaning coax, not fiber) you can access your modems status page by going to

 

Clicking on the link below will open a new window with the status page.

Once on the page, you will see a listing of the bonded channels of the modem, both upstream and downstream. Knowing what it means doesn't really matter. If you having issues with connectivity, print the status page (either paper or to a PDF file) and hand it to me in person or email it to me at truvista-problems@surefiretechllc.com
